HVAC Technicians & Installers
Join our growing team! We are looking for experienced, motivated, and licensed HVAC Technicians & Installers to join our service team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, value customer satisfaction, and want to work for a company that supports your professional growth, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- – Perform diagnostics, repairs, & maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- – Install, service, and troubleshoot heating & cooling systems including boilers, furnaces, A/C units, and heat pumps
- – Ensure jobs are completed according to safety & quality standards
- – Provide exceptional customer service & communicate job details clearly
- – Must be able to work a rotating on-call schedule, which includes nights, holidays & weekends
Requirements:
- – A CT “B” and/ or “S” License
- – 2+ years hands-on HVAC experience
- – Clean driving record
- – Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems & troubleshooting best practices
