A Service Plan from Santoro Oil ensures that your heating system gets the periodic preventative maintenance it needs to run smoothly. Currently, we offer two different full-service protection plans to cover your heating equipment (Deluxe and Supreme) with varying degrees of increased coverage to all customers on automatic delivery. We also offer our new TankGuard® program which provides protection for your fuel oil tank.

- All Massachusetts customer oil lines MUST be protected by Massachusetts Codes 527 CMR 4.04e.
- Oil lines are not covered under any service plan.
- No plan will be issued for outdated and/or obsolete equipment which will be determined by our licensed technicians.
- Service Plans are effective for one year from the billing invoice date.
- All Service Plans are subject to our pre-approval, are non-transferable, and non-refundable.
- If the part is not covered, the labor is also not covered.
General Conditions
These service plans are intended for the ordinary residential or comparable-sized commercial burner. Service plans are only available to customers who are on automatic delivery and purchase their entire heating fuel requirements, with a minimum of 450 gallons annually from Santoro Oil and its affiliates. Each service plan is effective for one full year from the billing invoice date. The annual tune-up of the burner may be performed at the end of the contract year. It is agreed that if any tax or other charges imposed by a government authority with respect to the sale, delivery, or use of products under this agreement, it will be added to the price to be paid by the customer. This agreement will be automatically renewed for a like term. Such renewal shall be subject to any price changes made by Santoro Oil and its affiliates. This agreement is not written on a prorated basis and no refund will be made if canceled before the expiration date. We reservce the right to rescind or cancel this agreement without notice if any of the condtions set forth are not met. Charges for labor and/or parts arising from service performed prior to acceptance of this agreement may only be covered at the sole discretion of Santoro Oil and its affiliates. A surcharge may be assessed for Saturday cleaning appointments.
